  1. Renter must be 18 years or older. Sunsational Rentals LLC reserves the right of refusal to rent when deemed in the best interest of the company and/or when a violation of these terms has been abused.
  2. Rental reservations are on a first come, first serve basis. If Sunsational Rentals LLC cannot provide items reserved by the renter, the renter will receive a full refund of the fees paid. Sunsational Rentals LLC shall have no further liability for failure to provide rentals on the reserved date. Saturday and Sunday delivery orders must be received by 3:00 p.m. on Friday to process. Weekday deliveries require 24 hours notice. Additional add-on orders will be delivered by the following business day, subject to an additional $10 delivery fee.
  3. All pricing is on a weekly basis per each item. Choose the rental item, quantity, and number of rental weeks accordingly. Incorrect or incomplete fields could result in your items not being delivered on time. We will not be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the renter. Sunsational Rentals LLC is solely a delivery operation without a storefront for rental customers. All rental items are delivered under the carport or exterior of your rental unit by 6:00 p.m. on your day of check-in.
  4. Upon departure, rental items must be placed outside the property by 9:00 a.m. in the same place that it was delivered.
  5. During the summer please understand that on weekends we must pick up all beach equipment from the previous week, clean, inspect, and send it back out for delivery in a very short time frame. We ask that all equipment be cleaned and returned in the same condition as when you received it. Grills should be cleaned free of ashes with the cleaned grilling tools placed back inside the grill. Linens should be placed back in the totes that they came in. Please DO NOT place pillows, mattress pads, comforters, or other items belonging to the rental unit in the totes to be returned.
  6. There is no guaranteed standard delivery time and you do not have to be present for the delivery and pickup. Express delivery customers are guaranteed delivery by 1:00 p.m.
  7. Please review your order and call us if there are any discrepancies to report. During inclement weather your items may be delivered in a more secure and dry spot such as underneath the unit, in the carport, or under a covered area. Please survey the area for your items before reporting a missing order.
  8. The renter shall be liable for any loss, theft, damage or destruction of rented items. All items that are lost or damaged beyond repair will be paid for by individual unit price by the renter. We ask that you take care of the rental items as if they were your own. Please lower umbrellas when unattended or during inclement weather. In the event of winds that are 15 mph or more, do not set up the umbrella due to safety concerns as well as potential damages.
  9. Linens are wrapped in airtight bags and packaged in weather-resistant plastic totes with secured lids before being sent out for delivery. All of our rental equipment is cleaned and inspected before being approved for delivery. In light of keeping our rental items in good condition, we ask that all beach gear is removed from the beach every night and secured in a safe place around the property. This policy is to protect our equipment from theft, corrosion, to comply with local government agencies, and to prevent any discomfort from our current and future customers.
  10. If an item has been received and it is either damaged or faulty, please call our office immediately and we will take necessary action to correct your order by either sending a replacement, if available, or refunding the malfunctioned equipment. Replacements will be delivered within 24 hours, subject to availability. If a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment (if payment was made on PayPal, the PayPal will be credited. If the payment was made by direct credit, the debited account shall be credited). Refunds will not be paid in cash.
  11. In the event of a mandatory evacuation for a hurricane, please follow normal checkout procedures for rental items. Please call our office at 910-328-6088 to let us know of your departure. Rental items will be available upon returning to the area after the evacuation has been lifted. Refunds will not be given for inclement weather.
  12. Pre-payment of the total rental fee is required at the time of reservation to ensure availability of inventory. By providing the credit card information and reserving rental items, the renter authorizes Sunsational Rentals LLC to charge any fees and other amounts due from the reservation.
  13. There will be no refunds for orders cancelled with less than a week notice. A refund less of a $30 cancellation fee will be issued for orders cancelled with one week or more notice. Cancellations must be made by phone or email during standard business hours. No refunds offered for day of arrival, only exchanges of equal or less value within 24 hours would be extended. No refunds for inclement weather of any kind. No refunds for unused linens or unused equipment. No refunds will be made due to early termination or discovering that the rental property has the rented items included in their unit. Other refunds will be issued according to the original payment. No cash refunds.
  14. Grilling is not permitted on wooden decks, inside screened porches, garages or ocean front decks. All grilling must occur on the ground level. Failure to comply with posted rules and regulations will result in local precinct fines and possible eviction from rental unit. Grills must be cleaned and free of charcoal debris and all grilling tools must be placed back inside the grill before departure. Grills are delivered to street side, ground level of all units. Condominiums do not allow secondary grill rentals, as they provide their own grilling stations. Gas grills do not operate with the igniter switch, a longer handled lighter is provided for your convenience.
  15. A $30 fee will be incurred to cover additional fuel and labor costs to return to property and redeliver rentals due to incorrect or incomplete order placement fields. A $30 fee will be incurred to cover additional fuel and labor costs to return items to the rental unit that do not belong to us or to return to rental unit a second time to pick up items that were not available by 9:00 a.m.
  16. Sunsational Rentals LLC will not be held liable in the event of injury or accidental death due to improper use or malfunction of rental items. Renter assumes all responsibility for equipment when out of the possession of Sunsational Rentals LLC and promises to return such items to Sunsational Rentals LLC in the same condition that the renter received it. Renter is liable for any loss, theft, damage or destruction of rented items. All items that are lost o damaged beyond repair will be charged to the renter at regular replacement cost. Renter has read and understands this release of liability and fully understands its terms and the renter has given up substantial rights by signing the Rental Agreement form and signs it freely and voluntarily without inducement


  1. Renter agrees to pay the rental rate specified for each item leased hereunder for each time period or fraction thereof that the rental property is charged to the possession of the Renter.
  2. Renter agrees to pre-pay rental charges.
  3. Renter agrees to return the rental property of Sunsational Rentals LLC immediately upon termination of this contract in the same condition in which property was received, normal wear and tear excepted.
  4. Renter agrees to immediately cease using any rental item if item is found to be unsafe or in disrepair.
  5. Renter shall notify Sunsational Rentals LLC immediately in either such case, and Sunsational Rentals LLC agrees to replace the rented item with similar item in good working condition within 24 hours. Rentals and other charges under this lease shall continue at all times pending such replacement and thereafter, in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
  6. Renter agrees to pay all cleaning, repair and replacement charges on any rented item which is required upon its return to Sunsational Rentals LLC.
  7. Renter agrees to pay Sunsational Rentals LLC in full for all loss or damage to the rented item whether such loss is caused by theft,  accident, or by careless or abusive use, or any other reason.
  8. Renter agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Sunsational Rentals LLC and its owners, agents, and employees for any injury, loss or damage to any person or item, related to the use of this item. Renter accepts full responsibility for any and all such damage and or injury that may result.
  9. Sunsational Rentals LLC makes no warranties of safety for use, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or any other warranty, expressed or implied with relation to the rented item.
  10. All chairs have a weight capacity of up to 240 lbs. Exceeding this can bend the frames or tear the fabric. While normal wear and tear is accepted by Sunsational Rentals LLC, the renter is responsible for the cost to repair or replace any item.
